Support Anfrage: Bad view of keyboard space

Beschreibung

Good morning, I'm trying to migrate a previous installation to a new pc with Windows 11.
I recovered the file config and the old Skin/Windows_8 directory.
When I launch the kiosk (in Start Once mode) and in evaluation mode I have a big bottom bar that cover the body of the kiosk where I display my web page. How can I solve this issue?

Hello,

existing SiteKiosk Classic configuration files (*.skcfg) can generally be transferred but please note that the skin files should not be replaced.
Therefore, I recommend performing either a repair installation or a complete uninstall and reinstall.
Furthermore, please refrain from using the Metro IE Skin and switch to the Chrome Browser Skin within SiteKiosk Classic instead.
