when I use full screen browser mode and hide scroll bars I can not then scroll up nor down the screen just using the touch screen example link to facebook allow it to be full screen no scroll bars you cant scroll down the page using a touch monitor

Hello, that is intended behaviour if you deactivate the scroll bars in the SiteKiosk configuration. If you want to be able to scroll on a page you need to enable this option.

ok is there a way to enable the scroll with out see the bars so its still full screen

Hello, something like that can be achieved from the webpage itself, e.g. using http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3296644/hiding-the-scrollbar-on-an-html-page.
